Selo Snaq: Boiled Eggs with Croatian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This recipe is quite quick to make and serves one. It contains about 250 calories (when you include the olive oil), about 25-30 grams of protein and about 15 grams of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.

If you’re like me and eat a lot, you might want to make 6 eggs. This is a great post-work out snack. It’s also an especially great source of protein and fat for breaking a long fast.

  • Boil 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon SeloOils extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top
  • Kirkland Signature Organic No-Salt Seasoning
  • Chili flakes
