This recipe is quite quick to make and serves one. It contains about 250 calories (when you include the olive oil), about 25-30 grams of protein and about 15 grams of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.
If you’re like me and eat a lot, you might want to make 6 eggs. This is a great post-work out snack. It’s also an especially great source of protein and fat for breaking a long fast.
